Nuxe Reve De Miel Lip Balm | An Awesome Lip Balm

Hello everyone,
As someone who frequently has dry lips, especially during the colder months, I have always been on the look out for an intensive moisturising lip balm. This is where the Nuxe Reve De Miel comes in.
I had heard so much about this lip balm and so I decided to give it a go to see if it could help my dry lips, and I am glad to report it lived up to my high expectations.

The Nuxe lip balm is completely different to any other lip balms I've tried.
It is very thick and smooth, and when you apply it it leaves a thick layer on your lips. Although this feels slightly odd at first, when you apply it in the evening you wake up with super soft lips that are hydrated and smooth. It is amazing!
The finish is almost matte so you can't really tell you're wearing this lip balm, and the scent is divine - honey and lemon!
For me, the Nuxe lip balm is an evening and night time lip balm as it is so thick and moisturising. It has definitely helped make my lips smoother and softer and it has banished those dry patches I used to have, which is why I will continue to love and repurchase this lip balm.

Let me know if you have tried the Nuxe Reve De Miel lip balm and what you think of it!

Tarte Amazonian Clay Full Coverage Foundation | The 'Do-It-All' Foundation

 Hello everyone,
I am very excited today as I have been wanting to share with you my current favourite foundation for quite a while. Back in March I ordered some products from Sephora as they began to ship to the UK. Aside from the excellent service and fast delivery, I was super excited to try out some of the Tarte products I had ordered.
After hearing a lot of good reviews on the Tarte Amazonian Clay Full Coverage Foundation, I decided to pick it up in the hope it would live up to expectations.

Luckily this foundation did not disappoint.
I got the foundation in the shade Fair Sand which is a perfect colour match for me. The texture of the foundation is very thick and creamy, but as you blend in into the skin (I like to buff it in using the Real Techniques Buffing brush) it instantly melts into the skin giving a very natural look whilst covering imperfections and evening out the skin.
Although Tarte claim this foundation to be full coverage, I would place it more as a medium coverage foundation that can be built up to full coverage. I personally love the coverage it provides as it is perfect for everyday. It covers what I need to be covered whilst looking natural and feeling light.
Tarte also claim this foundation to last 12 hours. Although it does last very well throughout the day, I wouldn't say it lasts quite that long. However, it does suit my combination skin as I find once set with a dusting of powder, this doesn't make my skin too oily.
I really love the finish of this foundation as it is very natural. It is matte so that my skin doesn't look too oily or shiny, but it still gives my skin a natural sheen which I love.
It also hasn't broken me out which I am very pleased about.

Overall I absolutely love the Tarte Amazonian Clay Full Coverage foundation as it is natural yet still provides the coverage that I need. The colour match is amazing and it lasts really well throughout the day. It really is a 'do-it-all' foundation!

Let me know if you have tried the Tarte Amazonian Clay Full Coverage foundation and what you think of it!

The Summer Jean | Topshop Tile Print Leigh Jeans

 Hello everyone,
In the summer, the UK doesn't always get the best weather, however, I still like to dress reasonably summery.
This is where the Topshop Tile Print Leigh Jeans come into play.
I fell in love with these jeans after Anna from ViviannaDoesMakeup raved about them as I thought they would be perfect for the spring and summer.
They are super comfy and super soft and the fit is perfect. I have always been too scared to wear bright or patterned jeans, but I love the tile print as it is quite subtle and is within my comfort zone. I have also received quite a few compliments when I've worn them!
I love pairing these with a white top and either my white converse or some ballet pumps for that summer-esque.

Let me know what you think of these Topshop Tile Print jeans in the comments down below!

Where Have I Been | Exam Stress

 Hello everyone,
As I am sure many of you know, May and June mark the arrival of the dreaded exam season, something which many of you will have gone through or will be going through.
I don't know about you, but the weeks before exams start, my life is just revision. I have no free time, and any free time I do have I spend on the sofa watching TV thinking about all the revision I should be doing.

Exams are an extremely stressful time, more so now as I feel there is so much pressure to achieve highly. Because of this, I haven't been able to do a post in 3 weeks as my exams have been the only thing on my priority list.

I am so excited and pleased though to say my exams are finally over! They only went on for a week and half and I will be back at college at the beginning of June to start new content for next years exams (there really is no time to relax!) but it is still a massive weight off my shoulders.
Hopefully now I will have a lot more free time to do plenty more blog posts which I am super excited about as I have got so many ideas and things to share with you guys.

Good luck to anyone who has had exams recently, and now there is the long, painful wait to results day!
