Soap and Glory Hand Food!

Hello everyone,
A while ago I picked up the Soap and Glory Hand Food as I had been hearing a lot of hype around the Soap and Glory bodycare, and that in particular this was a really good hand cream.
As someone who always suffers from dry hands, I was looking forward to giving this hand cream a go as Soap and Glory describe it has a 'non-greasy hand cream with shea butter, macadamia oil and marshmallow'.

The S&G Hand Food has the typical scent many S&G products have. It is really nice as it is quite fresh but also quite perfumed.
The product itself I think is quite impressive. I find it to really hydrate and soften my hands whilst sinking in really quickly.
It doesn't leave your hands with that sticky or greasy feeling, but also doesn't leave them feeling like they have had no moisturisation.
I have the little 50ml bottle which although doesn't last that long, is really great for throwing into your handbag or for when you're travelling.

Overall I think the Soap and Glory Hand Food is a really lovely hand cream. Its perfect for everyday as it nourishes your hands without the sticky or greasy feeling.

Let me know what your favourite products are from Soap and Glory as I love trying out new things!

Real Techniques Fine Liner Brush!

Hello everyone,
I hope you're all well.
Today I wanted to share with you the Real Techniques FIne Liner brush.
As an eyeliner newbie, I really wanted a fine but stiff brush that would easily apply my Bobbi Brown gel eyeliner in 'Violet Ink' as I wore it for my prom earlier in July.

As I am sure you guys know I am a massive fan of Real Techniques brushes and so was sure that this brush would not disappoint.
The Fine Eyeliner brush is, as I am sure you can all see, very fine. Mine is slightly splayed but it doesn't really affect the application of the eyeliner.
The bristles are soft yet the brush itself is quite firm, making applying gel or cream eyeliner really easy, even for an eyeliner newbie.
It did take a few practices to get the hang of the brush and using it for gel eyeliner, but I find it to be excellent for applying it.
You can either use the brush on one side to get a really thin line, which is perfect for everyday, or slightly turn it to get a thicker line, which is perfect for a more dramatic look.
I find it to wash really easily, and with all Real Techniques brushes that I have tried, the general quality of the brush is amazing.

If you are an eyeliner newbie or are looking for a new cream or gel eyeliner brush, I would highly recommend the Real Techniques Fine Liner brush.
For £6.99 from Boots, I think this brush is so worth it and is a staple in my collection!

July Favourites | The Best Month So Far!

Hello everyone,
Today I wanted to share with you my July favourites.
I really cannot believe it has been over a month since I finished my last exam, and the month of July has seriously flown by!
But with that said, throughout July I really have discovered some incredible (I'm sorry that had to be in bold!) products that I feel have made a very good impact on my daily routine.

Bobbi Brown Long-Wear Even Finish Compact Foundation in 'Porcelain'
I have already done a review on this beautiful product here, but I quickly wanted to reemphasise just how much I love this foundation. I either use the Real Techniques Buffing brush for a medium to full coverage, or the Sigma Duo Fibre F50 brush for a lighter coverage to apply it, and both give it a beautiful finish. With its long-wearing abilities, natural skin-like feel and look, and its buildable coverage, it has become a regular in my makeup routine.

No7 Beautiful Skin Day Cream for Normal/Oily Skin
I have also done a review on this day cream here, as it is now a staple in my morning routine. It provides my skin with the moisture it needs as I have quite dehydrated cheeks but without making my t-zone, which gets oily throughout the day, feel greasy or look too shiny. It has a lovely texture and slight scent, and contains SPF 15 and UVA 5* protection.

Essie Nail Polish in 'Sunday Funday'
Oh how I am so sad this is limited edition with their summer collection! This nail polish is beautiful for summer with its gorgeous coral colour with a slight shimmer. It has a brilliant formula and a lovely big brush meaning it is super easy to paint your nails. You can see it in action here.

Seche Vite Fast Dry Top Coat
Throughout July I have honestly been quite blown away by this product. It is seriously amazing. It gives your nails a beautiful shine, prolongs the longevity of your nail polish and makes them hard dry within an hour. If you're not already convinced, I raved about it even more here.

Bourjois Colour Boost Glossy Finish Lip Crayon in 'Peach on the Beach'
First of all, can I just say how cute the name of this colour is?
I was super excited to see Bourjois's new release make its way in to my local Boots, and I am so glad that this product did not disappoint. 'Peach on the Beach' is a gorgeous pink/coral colour, and the formula of it is so nice. It applies so smoothly and is really hydrating, and has good longevity. See it in action here.

So as I am sure you can tell, July has been a pretty busy month beauty wise.
I do think this month has been one of the best so far this year as I have discovered such beautiful products, and I have been so excited to share with you guys my new obsessions.

Please leave a comment down below telling me what your favourite products are this month as I love trying out new things!

I really hope you enjoyed today's post and thank you for reading,

Bobbi Brown Metallic Eye Shadow in 'Champagne Quartz 2'

Hello everyone,
Following on from my review of the Bobbi Brown Metallic Eye Shadow in 'Velvet Plum', I thought I would do a review on the shade 'Champagne Quartz', as together both eyeshadows make a gorgeous combination.
The colour 'Champagne Quartz' is a beautiful champagne colour, like the name suggests.
It has a lot of shimmer in it and is quite metallic, and so it looks beautiful for an evening out.
I also find it to have an almost rose gold undertone, which I find to be stunning and quite different.
I really like to apply it all over the lid, and then use something slightly darker to define the crease.
I find the pigmentation of this eyeshadow to be excellent, and the texture to be quite creamy.
The eyeshadow is not powdery at all, and whenever I use it there is also no fall out.
It applies really easily and blends really nicely, and despite my oily eye lids, I find it lasts all day on me without creasing or fading.

On the whole I adore this eyeshadow. Like my other Bobbi Brown Metallic Eye Shadow in 'Velvet Plum', the quality is amazing and the colour, 'Champagne Quartz', is beautiful.
I really cannot recommend this eyeshadow enough, especially if you love shimmery eyeshadow shades. Once with a darker shade, I think the combination would look beautiful on a night out or for a special event, or for everyday, putting a small amount of the eyeshadow in the inner half of your eye really opens it up and makes it appear bigger and brighter.

Please let me know down below if you have any of the Bobbi Brown Metallic Eye Shadows and what you think of them!

I really hope you enjoyed today's post, and thank you for reading.

Seche Vite Fast Dry Top Coat!

Hello everyone,
After hearing so many bloggers and youtubers rave about the Seche Vite top coat, I felt like I just had to hope onto the bandwagon.
For me, painting my nails can be such a chore, especially as they can take a whole day to be hard dry, which is why I was so excited to try out the Seche Vite top coat.

Fortunately, this little bottle of joy has exceeded my expectations, and I can honestly say it is at holy grail status.
After applying my chosen nail polish, I simply apply a layer of the Seche Vite to each nail and within a few minutes they are touch dry. The top coat also gives them a beautiful shine and smooth finish.
I think it also prolongs the longevity of your nail polish, as now I can go almost a week with no chips.
But what I love most about this product is that it makes your nail polish hard dry within an hour, which I think is incredibly impressive and worthy of holy grail status.

I really cannot recommend the Seche Vite Fast Dry top coat enough.
It makes your nail polish dry so quickly, leaves them with a beautiful shine and helps to prolong the longevity of your nail polish.
No longer do I find painting my nails a chore, and with this product, I actually quite enjoy it now!

Have you tried the Seche Vite top coat?
If so please leave a comment down!

Bourjois Colour Boost Glossy Finish Lip Crayon in 'Peach on the Beach'

Hello everyone,
During a recent trip to Boots, I became very excited when I saw the new Bourjois Colour Boost Glossy Finish Lip Crayon as I had seen many bloggers rave about the new release.
All of the colours I thought looked really nice and pigmented, but after much deliberation, I settled on the shade 'Peach on the Beach'.

First of all, the packaging for the new Bourjois Colour Boosts I think is really nice.
The colour of the packaging represents the colour of the actual crayon, which I think is really cute, as well as really helpful when you are looking through your makeup drawer.
To get more product, you simply twist the end, which is a lot easier then having to sharpen it.
I was pleasantly surprised by the pigmentation of the lip crayon.
The shade 'Peach on the Beach' is a gorgeous pigmented peachy pink, so perfect for summer. Whilst on me the colour is quite bright, I have seen it on other people and on them it does look a lot softer.

The application of the lip crayon is also really good.
It glides on really smooth with excellent colour pay off, and feels thick enough to be really hydrating whilst being not too thick so that it isn't sticky or heavy.
It leaves a beautiful glossy finish and feels very hydrating upon application.
I also love how the lip crayon contains SPF 15, as it means your lips can stay protected in the summer sun.
I find this product to last about 2 hours on me before wearing off, which unfortunately doesn't live up to the '10hr Comfort and Hydration' Bourjois claim.
That said for a hydrating and glossy sort of lipstick, I think the longevity of it is quite reasonable.

Overall though I really do love this product, and for £7.99 from Boots, I don't really think you can go wrong.
I think Bourjois have nailed the lip crayon trend by offering really pretty summery colours, excellent pigmentation, and a gorgeous hydrating and glossy finish.

Please let me know down below if you have tried any of the Bourjois Colour Boost Glossy Finish Lip Crayons as I would love to know what you thought of them!

I hope you found his review helpful, and thank you for reading.

My Summer Outfit | Orange and Floral

 Hello everyone,
Today I wanted to share with you my first outfit of the day.
Over the last couple of days, my family and I took a trip to the beach as we are currently in the middle of a gorgeous heat wave.
I wanted to share with my outfit, as at the moment it is my go-to summer outfit.
Now this is my first outfit of the day kind of post, so I am sorry if the photos aren't quite up to scratch, but hopefully the outfit may give you a couple of ideas.

I wore my new top from Zara, which I am so in love with. It is a cropped, flowy top with pink and orange floral detail, so perfect for the summer weather.
My shorts are some old ones from Warehouse which I got last year in the sale, and I wore my white converse for comfort. The jewellery I wore consisted of my silver necklace from H&M which I got last year, and my watch from Accurist. My sunglasses are are my new ones from Topshop, and my bag which I got last Winter is also from Topshop.

I really hope you enjoyed my first outfit of the day, and again I am really sorry if the photos aren't that clear, but unfortunately time and the wind were against us.

Please let me know if you would like to see more outfit of the days!

Essie Sunday Funday Nail Polish | Summer Collection 2013

Hello everyone,
Happy Sunday!
Today I wanted to share with you Essie's Sunday Funday, seeing as it is Sunday today and as it is part of their new Summer collection.
I have been swooning over this colour for such a long time and so thought I would finally treat myself.
'Sunday Funday' is a stunning coral colour with undertones of an almost neon pink. The nail polish also has a gorgeous shimmer in it, making it different to anything that I own.
It is more than perfect for Summer, and I thought it would be the perfect colour to accompany the heat wave we have been hit with.
I love the brush on the Essie nail polishes as it is quite wide and thick, meaning you can get easily swipe your nail and pretty much be done.
I think with this shade you can get away with one coat, however for it to be completely opaque, two coats is best.
Once with the Seche Vite top coat, the nail polish tries so quickly with a lovely shine.

I am so tempted to pick up a couple more nail polishes from the Essie Summer collection as they're so nice. At the moment I am eyeing 'Naughty Nautical', but we empty pockets I think I'll have to wait a while!

Have you tried any of the Essie Summer collection nail polishes?
If so please leave a comment down below!

I really hope you enjoyed today's post, and please leave a comment down below as I to see what you guys think.

Bobbi Brown Long-Wear Even Finish Compact Foundation in 'Porcelain'

Hello everyone,
Happy Saturday!
Today I wanted to talk about the new Bobbi Brown Long-Wear Even Finish Compact Foundation which I bought a couple of weeks ago for my end of year prom.
The shade I have is their lightest shade - 'Porcelain', which is an almost perfect match for my fair skintone.

Bobbi Brown say that this foundation provides 12-hour wear with 'flexible, breathable coverage' that looks and feels like skin. They also say that the foundation will not crease, cake or settle, and it will 'control oil and shine for a natural matte finish'. Lastly, they also say that this foundation is 'sweat and humidity-resistant'.
For me, with combination skin, this is exactly what I want in a foundation, and as I love their BB cream, I was excited to put this foundation to the test.

After buffing in the foundation using my Real Techniques Buffing brush, it immediately creates a sort of flawless base. It doesn't cover all of my blemishes, but I sort of like that in a foundation, and despite the medium coverage, it still looks quite natural and feels reasonably light on the skin.
Although Bobbi Brown claim this foundation has a matte finish, I personally find it to have a more satin finish, as without powdering it can look slightly dewy in certain areas.
The foundation itself is oil-free, which I always like in a foundation, and the texture is very creamy and easy to apply. The coverage can also be easily built up in areas where you want more coverage.
I also find this to last well on my skin, and because of the handy packaging which also comes with a sponge, if need be it is really easy to touch up.

The only gripe I have with this foundation is that on my skin, I find it to feel like it just sits on my skin and doesn't actually work into it. Now this may be because of the way I am applying it, but I do still find it to take a while to completely settle and feel light on the skin.

However, all in all I do think this is a great compact foundation.
The packaging makes it super easy to travel with, as it contains a sponge and mirror on the inside.
The coverage can be built up to full, or if you want a more natural look, you can easily apply a small amount to areas where you may want a bit of coverage, and then just blend it out.
The finish I would say is a sort of demi-matte to satin finish, but despite this I find it to control my oil on my t-zone quite well.
This foundation is definitely up there with some of my favourite foundations, and I would recommend it to anyone as a sort of all-round foundation.

Have you tried the new Bobbi Brown Long-Wear Even Finish Compact Foundation?
If so, please leave a comment down below telling me what you think of it!

I really hope you enjoyed this review, and please leave me a comment down below as I love to hear what you think, or if you have any questions.

No7 Beautiful Skin Day Cream for Normal/Oily Skin!

Hello everyone,
I hope you're all having a great week.
Today I wanted to share with you a new moisturiser I have been recently loving.
It is the No7 Beautiful Skin Day Cream for normal/oily skin, which I purchased from Boots for £7.50 as I had a £5 off voucher.
I currently use and love a couple of products from the No7 Beautiful Skin line, and so was looking forward to using this along with my other products.

No7 claim this product is a "light, non-pore blocking moisture cream" that will "hydrate whilst balancing oil production and prevent breakouts".
I have combination skin, so get oily throughout the day on the forehead, nose and chin. My cheeks are quite normal, and can feel tight after cleansing, and so for me this moisturiser sounded perfect.

The cream itself is white and slightly smells of suncream, which I think is down to the SPF 15 and 5* UVA technology.
I love that it has SPF in it because it does mean your skin is slightly protected from the sun.

The cream itself does feel lightweight like they claim, and once massaged into the skin, leaves it very soft and radiant.
However, it isn't an oily or greasy radiance, just more like a healthy glow which I think is really nice, especially for Summer.
Although at first the cream can feel a bit tacky on the skin, once it sinks in it leaves your skin so soft and hydrated.
Throughout the day, this cream doesn't make my skin particularly more or less oily. I still get oily throughout the day on my t-zone, but that is just normal for me. The main thing is that this cream does not make me feel or look like an oil-slick an hour after applying it.
No7 also claim that this cream will help prevent breakouts, and as someone who constantly suffers from blemishes, I was keen to see if it did make a difference.
I am happy to say that I don't feel like this has broken me out further, and although I do still have blemishes, I feel from using this cream my skin looks and feels healthier.

For £12.50, I really would recommend the No7 Beautiful Skin Day Cream for normal to oily skin, as it hydrates and gives a healthy look to your skin without feeling heavy or overly greasy. Containing SPF 15 and 5* UVA protection also means you're more protected by the sun which is always a bonus.

Let me know if you have tried any products from the No7 skincare line in the comments down below!

I really hope you enjoyed today's post, and please leave me a comment down below as I read and appreciate every comment you guys leave.

Bobbi Brown Metallic Eye Shadow in 'Velvet Plum 3'

Hello everyone,
I hope you're all well.
Today I wanted to do a full review of the Bobbi Brown Metallic Eye Shadow in 'Velvet Plum 3' which I got over a week ago to use for prom.
If you haven't already seen the prom pictures, and would like to see my makeup, hair and dress, then please click HERE.
However, now onto the eyeshadow itself.

The colour 'Velvet Plum 3' is a beautiful mix of plum, copper and bronze with gold, silver and almost pink/plum shimmer. To me it is quite a unique shade that looks gorgeous blended into the crease to slightly deepen your look.
I also love the packaging of the product as it is very sleek and feels like good quality.
I absolutely love the colour 'Velvet Plum 3', as it can be washed over the lid for a sheer bronzed look, or packed onto the crease and really blended out which is perfect for a more evening look.
Because of the heavy shimmer, the product almost feels quite rough when swatched, but don't let that put you off as the quality of the product is still amazing.
It is really easy to apply and blend as there is little fall out, and I find it to last extremely well and not crease on me, despite my oily eyelids.

Overall I love this eyeshadow a lot.
The quality is amazing as it is so easy to apply, lasts all day and doesn't crease or smudge.
The colour is beautiful and I think it would go with many skintones.
I also got quite a few compliments of the eyeshadows I was wearing for my prom night, which I always think is a good sign.
So, it really is love!

Let me know if you have tried any of the Bobbi Brown eyeshadows and what you think of them in the comments below!

I really hope you enjoyed today's post, and please leave me a comment down below as I read and appreciate every comment you guys leave.

Prom 2013 | Makeup, Hair and Outfit!

Hello everyone,
Happy Saturday!
On Thursday it was my year 11 prom. It was a very exciting day and all-in-all me and my friends had such a good time.
Today I am going to be showing you my prom makeup, hair and dress, so I hope you enjoy.

I was planning on taking close up shots of my makeup, but on the day the time seemed to fly by and in the end me and friends I went with were in such a rush, and so unfortunately I completely forgot to take the close up pictures. However, a few days beforehand I had practiced the eye makeup exactly how I was going to have it on the night, and so I will share those with you instead.

So this is how I did my eyes in the practice.
I did a wash of a champagne shade all over my lid using the Bobbi Brown Metallic Eye Shadow in 'Champagne Quartz 2'. Then to deepen up the crease I used my Bobbi Brown Metallic Eye Shadow in 'Velvet Plum 3'.
These eyeshadows are very shimmery so perfect for an event or night out. They also lasted the whole night and didn't crease.
I then did liner with a slight wing using the Bobbi Brown Long-Wear Gel Eyeliner in 'Violet Ink 4', which helped the makeup tie-in with my purple dress.
For mascara on the night I used the Benefit They're Real Mascara.
On the night, and so not shown in the two pictures above but shown in the first and last picture, I primed my skin using the Smashbox Photo Finish primer, and then for foundation used the Bobbi Brown Long-Wear Even Finish Compact Foundation in 'Porcelain', buffed in using a Real Techniques Buffing brush.
For concealer I used the Bobbi Brown Corrector in 'Extra Light Bisque' to correct my dark circles, and then the Collection Lasting Perfection concealer in 'Fair 1' over the top of the corrector to further brighten my under eye area.
I powdered my skin using the Rimmel Stay Matte Pressed Powder in '001 Transparent', and added colour to my cheeks using my NARS Blush in 'Deep Throat'.
For my lips I used MAC's lipstick in 'Creme Cup', and over the top of that I used my Korres Lip Balm in 'Pomegranate', to slightly deepen the colour of the lips.

I did my hair by curling it with the Jose Eber 19mm Curling Iron, and then using my fingers to comb it out so the curls were slightly looser. I then clipped in to the side using a diamonte clip from Monsoon.
This was my dress. It is a one shoulder long dress that is royal purple in colour, and with silver diamonte detailing around the waist and on the shoulder. The diamonte part on the waist ties at the back.
My bag was from Monsoon and because I am tall I just wore some silver ballet flats from Nine West.
The only jewellery I wore were silver, dangly earrings from Monsoon.

The prom was a lovely evening, and a really nice chance to try and dress up.
I had such a fun time and would love to hear about your prom if you've recently had one.

I really hope you enjoyed this post and found it interesting. Please leave me a comment down below as I read and appreciate every single one you guys leave.

Recent Purchases #5 | Ft. Bobbi Brown

Hello everyone,
I mentioned in my Bobbi Brown Long-Wear Gel Eyeliner review that I had been for a Bobbi Brown makeover due to my exams finally ending, and asked if you guys would like to see the products I picked up from them.
Now, I purchased these products for my end of year prom, and so only splurged because the products are for an event. But with that said, lets move onto the products themselves.

Bobbi Brown is actually one of my favourite makeup brands. I love their ethos of natural beauty, and so thought they would be perfect for doing my prom makeup.
Luckily, the lovely lady at the counter did the makeup just how I wanted, and so I went away with a few things to use for my prom night.
From Left to Right, clockwise
Bobbi Brown Metallic Eye Shadow in 'Champagne Quartz 2'
I picked up one of their metallic eyeshadows in 'Champagne Quartz 2', as it is a beautiful shimmery champagne colour, perfect for all over the lid. I will be doing a full review of all of the products I picked up, but I still have to say the quality of this eyeshadow is amazing.
It applies really easily and is quite pigmented. It also lasts all day and doesn't crease, so perfect for if you're going to an event or party and want your makeup to last.

Bobbi Brown Long-Wear Even Finish Compact Foundation in 'Porcelain'
The lady at the counter used their new Long-Wear Even Finish foundation on me, as I told her I have combination-oily skin. Although I have only used this once since I bought it, I can tell you that this foundation offers me excellent coverage without looking or feeling heavy or cakey. The colour is perfect and it lasts really well too.

Bobbi Brown Metallic Eye Shadow in 'Velvet Plum 3'
The next eyeshadow I got was another one of their Metallic Eyeshadows, this time in 'Velvet Plum 3'. The colour is really hard to describe: it is a mixture of plum, copper and bronze with gold and silver shimmer. However, once in the crease, it looks beautiful, especially with the 'Champagne Quartz 2' shade. Again the quality of this is so nice. Pigmented, long-lasting and really easy to apply.

Bobbi Brown Long-Wear Gel Eyeliner in 'Violet Ink 4'
I have already done a review of this product (HERE), but I still wanted to mention it in this post. It is a beautiful, dark purple shade, which is very smooth and lasts all day. With the two eyeshadows, it looks really nice, and makes the look quite different to if you used black or brown eyeliner.

So they are the products I picked up from the Bobbi Brown makeover.
I will be doing reviews for the products, and please check out the review of the eyeliner if you want to know more about it and see swatches of it.
Like I said, these products are for my prom, and I thought you guys may want to see a sneak peak of the products I will be using for my prom.
I will of course be doing a full post on my prom makeup, so please stay tuned for that.

I really hope you enjoyed this post and found it interesting. Please leave a comment down below as I love hearing what you guys think.

June Favourites!

Hello everyone,
We're back round to that time of the month again where I share with you my favourite products I have loved throughout the month of June.
As June was jam packed with exams for me, I didn't purchase too many new things.
However, there are a couple of new products which I am in love with, and an old favourite which I haven't been able to get enough of!

Urban Decay Naked Basics Palette
I picked this up mid June on a bit of a whim. I had been wanting to purchase the palette for ages, but as a non-eyeshadow wearer, I didn't think I would get the use out of it.
However, once shopping with my friends and being in Debenhams whilst they had 10% off everything, I couldn't really resist. But I am so happy I purchased the palette for £18 as it is so nice. All of the shades are very wearable and can be used for many different looks.
I did a full review HERE if you want to know more about the palette and see swatches of the eyeshadows.

Maybelline Colour Tattoo 24hr Cream Gel Eyeshadow in 'On and On Bronze'
After seeing so many youtubers rave about this product, I felt I had to buy it. I purchased it for only £2.99 (thanks to the offer in Boots!) and since then I have worn it quite a bit.
It is a beautiful light bronze colour with gold shimmer running through it, so very wearable for an everyday look. It is also really easy and smooth to apply, and lasts all day.
It's definitely a winner for me.
For a full review, please click HERE.

Bobbi Brown Long-Wear Gel Eyeliner in 'Violet Ink 4' and the Real Techniques Fine Liner Brush
I bought the Bobbi Brown eyeliner for part my prom makeup (post coming soon) and so have been practicing the line and slight flick for a while. Even though they were just practices, I have found the formula of the eyeliner to be amazing. It is so smooth and easy to apply, and lasts all day. If you want to find out more and see the gorgeous dark purple colour on, please click HERE. To apply the eyeliner and as an eyeliner newbie, I bought the Real Techniques Fine Liner brush as I love the Real Techniques brushes. Luckily this hasn't disappointed me, and has made doing the eyeliner a lot easier. It is very fine and quite stiff, making it easy to apply liner.

NARS Blush in 'Deep Throat'
I did a review of this blush ages ago, and have loved it since I bought it. However, throughout June I have found myself reaching for it quite a lot as I love the peachy pink colour with golden shimmer, especially for the summer time.
It is such an easy colour to wear, which I think would go with any skintone. It lasts really well and comes in beautiful packaging.
It really is love!

So they are my June favourites. Quite a few eye products, which is unlike me, have really impressed me throughout June, and I love rekindling love for an old favourite!

Let me know what your June favourites are down below, as I love discovering new products!

I really hope you enjoyed todays post, and please leave a comment down below as I love hearing what you guys think.

L'Oreal False Lash Telescopic Mascara!

Hello everyone,
I hope you're all well.
Recently I purchased the L'Oreal False Lash Telescopic Mascara in 'Magnetic Black' after hearing many good reviews about it from the likes of Anna from Viviannadoesmakeup.
I am quite a big fan of lengthening mascara and so was looking forward to seeing what the mascara did to my lashes.
So the mascara has a skinny little plastic wand. It is quite a unique shape and so really quite difficult to describe because it has plastic bristles on each side of the brush, but then a sort of flat part with no bristles on the top and bottom part of the brush. Hopefully you sort of understand what I mean, but like I said, it is quite a difficult brush to describe.

Onto the actual performance of the mascara. I find that with two coats of the mascara, it gives nice length and definition to my lashes. I also find that although my lashes are quite straight, it gives them a slight curl, which is always a winner in my books.
The thin wand also makes it an easy mascara to apply, as I find mascaras with very big brushes can make applying them really quite hard. The thin brush also makes light work of getting to your outer lashes, which I find can really help elongate the eye.
It isn't the most dramatic mascara, but I love it for daily use. It looks quite natural whilst still giving good length and reasonable volume.

Overall I am very pleased I tried this mascara as I love the look it gives my lashes for an everyday look.
The L'Oreal False Lash Telescopic Mascara retails for £10.99, so quite pricey but I would say if length and definition is what you are looking for then it is definitely worth it.

Have you tired the L'Oreal False Lash Telescopic Mascara?
If so please leave a comment down below!

So I really hope you enjoyed today's post and found it helpful. Please leave a comment down below as I love hearing what you guys think.
